The St. Paul Youth Group is designed as a place for kids in grades 8 – 12 to fellowship, have fun and to live out their faith by serving others.
The Youth Group participates in many varying events throughout the year. These range from the fun and whimsical to group learning to doing things to help those in need in the community.
A breakfast on Easter Morning is often served as one of our larger fundraisers. The youth work hard preparing the meal, waking up bright and early to cook it and then serving it with smiling faces to all.
The Youth Group regularly attends different conferences or gatherings throughout the year. One of our favorite is the local Youth Quake. Here the youth get to sing, dance, worship in addition to studying God’s word and topics that are relevant to their lives today. The weekend may be long and have minimal sleep but these types of events are always enjoyable.
In the fall the Youth Group lends its hands to helping elderly and disabled members of the community with raking their leaves. Having many hands makes quick work of this annual fall chore.
We have several youth meetings over the course of the year to discuss future activities and fund raisers. They are always held in the Fellowship Hall. If you have any ideas or questions, please contact Chris or the Church Office.
